Introduction
We built a method used to verify home healthcare visits to ensure patients are not neglected and to cut down on fraudulently documented home visits. It is a cloud-based solution that allows home care agencies to control every important aspect of caregiving. Stated simply, the solution is a multi-tenant Web Application that supports visit verification of caregivers.

Business Problem
It was difficult for the client to track home healthcare providers and ensure that proper care was being delivered. In addition to that, Medicaid fraud has been on the rise over the last several years and there was a lack of methods to identify the accuracy of bills.
Solution
- We developed a solution that enabled home care agencies to track caregiver’s visit, schedule appointments, monitor the billing, request alerts and notifications, and audit the reports provided by the caregiver.
- The mobile app provided the facility of check-in and check-out to verify the visit of the caregiver and provided a time-sheet and worksheet to identify the activities during the visiting period.
- The application was highly secure and generated alerts in case any activity was delayed or the visit was missed, which would then appear on the audit report.

Real Time Notification
The application provided real-time notifications to the users and agencies on the web application if a visit was missed - capability developed using fire-base cloud messaging platform.

We built Smart Interactive Voice Response for dynamic questions using Twilio which also supports intuitive visit audit and logging.
Lucid Dashboard
There is a comprehensive dashboard which enables real-time caregiver tracking and shows the details of the activities and time involved for each during the visit.
